Order Cancellation Terms

1. Overview
This document explains when and how an order may be cancelled after being placed for furniture delivery within Australia. It is intended to help customers understand cancellation eligibility, processing steps and refund handling in a clear and consistent manner.

All arrangements described here operate alongside other site materials and applicable Australian consumer protections.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched

• Orders that have already been dispatched, or orders placed more than 48 hours earlier, are not eligible for cancellation

Where an order cannot be cancelled, customers are encouraged to accept delivery and request handling after receipt in line with the return and refund arrangements available on the site.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation:

• Contact us by email, which is the preferred method of communication

• Phone support is also available during service hours

• Provide the order number and any relevant payment or order details to allow the request to be reviewed

Requests that do not include sufficient information may require follow up before they can be assessed.

4. Processing and Refund Handling

Cancellation requests are reviewed as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt.

If a cancellation request is approved:

• The customer will be notified of the outcome

• A refund will be initiated within 3 business days

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method

The time required for refunded funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.
